| PAAS Program Welcome to PLans 4 Success partnership solution to working together to achieve success. The PAAS Program was designed to assist schools, churches, organizations, clubs, and groups in a fundraiser that continues to pay even after the actual event is over. Our fundraiser does not require any investment and the percentage is un-beatable. We at Plans 4 Success believes that our fundraiser package offers an incredible opportunity thats beneficial to all parties. CINOA Project The CINOA Project assist parents in raising money for needed causes involving children. Such as School field trips, extracurricluar activities, surgery and other needed causes. The CINOA also includes a local (YRAP) Youth Referral Allowance Program for all children interested in earning allowance thoughout the year. The YRAP has to be approved by parents or guardians before children can participate. The CINOA Project is designed to assist schools in all educational needs by providing a continued 60/40 percentage of proceeds to the schools districts and/or each individual school on a quarterly basis whenever a new member have been referred by a school or it's district.
